This is the way I like my Fairie Tales. They should be dark and have teeth like they were intended.
Not everything should be for the kiddies.

A photo/video collection of my daily walks on the back roads of Texas.
Ralph McQuarrie’s artwork was on my wall as a teenager, along with obligatory Farah Fawcett (the hot one in the red bathing suit), Linda Carter as Wonder Woman and lots of comic book heroes. But it was McQuarrie’s wonderful paintings of the Star Wars universe that always added some class to the place.
The world he created was a awesome place full of villains and heroes. Places that seemed possible but far far away. The world that George Lucas and ILM brought to life.
The legend is that Lucas was having a real hard time getting the Hollywood studios to understand his vision. That all stopped the day he walked into 20th Century Fox with McQuarrie’s art under his arm. The rest is history.

A cool but slow lesson on the Founding Documents

These are not master pieces of cinema full of CGI and explosions but Dr. Larry Arnn does a good job.
